Education: 60% of all revenues going to the general fund must go to public education. 60% of all revenues from the lottery will go to public education in addition to the general revenue funds. There should be no profit motive in public education. Environment: Emphasis must be placed on solar, recycling, and improving water and air quality standards. Economy: Emphasis must be placed on preservation of small businesses and farmers.
